Day 1 All-Body Challenge

Good Morning! This is day 1 of the all-body challenge. Today is 30 squats, mountain climbers and bicycle crunches. Most important thing with the challenge is to listen to your body. Modify if needed, do the number of reps that work for you, eliminate certain exercises that don't work for you and have fun. The purpose of this challenge is to get you up and moving while creating a supportive environment! Let us know how you are doing. Feel challenged, but successful.
